ELA Offshore Containers on a research ship
ELA Offshore recently delivered offshore accommodation modules in container form for the research ship “Maria S. Merian”.
In support of the MOSAiC expedition three large German research ships, the “Maria S. Merian”, the “Sonne” and the “Polarstern”, met off the polar island of Spitsbergen in the Arctic to provide the research icebreaker “Polarstern” with supply goods and to exchange crew members.
The project has been completed successfully and we were very happy to be able to contribute a small part to the historic expedition with our offshore containers.
